100% of proceeds will be donated World Central Kitchen to continue their efforts to of providing hot meals to refugees at Ukrainian borders.
During the class we will bake the Chinese Sponge Cake from my cookbook, Mooncakes and Milk Bread, and get creative with decorating using whipped cream and fresh fruit! Yes, it’s all possible to do within 2 hours!
Complete class document will be sent out 1 week before class.
